SANTA CLARA -- The 49ers' brigade of injured players helped them with one task Tuesday: reaching the 75-man roster limit by 1 p.m.

Wide receivers Michael Crabtree and Mario Manningham will stay on the physically-unable-to-perform list while five others will remain on the non-football-injury list: running back Marcus Lattimore, cornerback Eric Wright, offensive tackle Luke Marquardt and defensive tackles Tank Carradine and Quinton Dial.

Defensive tackles Lawrence Okoye and Lamar Divens were waived injured, allowing the 49ers to put them on injured reserve if they clear waivers.

Cornerback Chris Culliver was placed on injured reserve because of training camp knee injury.

Combined with Parys Haralson's trade to New Orleans and Monday's five cuts, Tuesday's transactions put the roster at 74, one less than the limit.
