Mesa and Tucson drives, 5:20 a.m. Saturday A male was walking along the sidewalk when someone in a passing vehicle tried to shoot him. He did not report the incident. However his girlfriend did several hours later.

2000 block of Orlando Drive, 3:40 a.m. Saturday Several people reported hearing multiple gunshots. Officers responded, located a house that had been struck and also vehicles out front. Two men and a woman at home at the time were not injured. According to police, they were aware of the shooting and hadn't planned on saying anything.

100 block of North 14th Street, 4:57 p.m. Saturday A male wearing a mask and armed with a gun entered a store, demanded and got cash.

300 block of North Jackson Avenue, 5:40 p.m. Saturday A business was robbed by a male who acted like he had a gun in his pocket when he ordered employees to a backroom and then emptied the cash drawer.

Southern Division, 4 p.m. Monday During gang suppression detail in the area, officers arrested three people who were under the influence, in possession of drugs and in violation of a restraining order.

300 block of North Third Avenue, 1:38 a.m. Monday After two groups arguing in a store were escorted outside, one person fired a gun at a moving vehicle, then got into a vehicle and fired again in the store's direction.

1900 block of Edgestone Circle, 5:14 p.m. Monday A male standing in his driveway heard gunshots erupt and was struck by one of them. His wound was not life-threatening.

Second and East San Fernando streets, 5:51 p.m. Monday People reported hearing gunshots. Officers responded and found evidence of a gun being fired.

1200 block of Camden Avenue, March 24-Monday Cash was removed from a drawer and filing cabinet by someone who broke a bathroom window to get inside.

300 block of Union Avenue, Monday A female was locked out of all her accounts by a hacker who obtained personal information from her laptop and cellphone.

Dell and Camden avenues, 8:32 p.m. Monday Three men who tried to break into a vehicle with bolt cutters, threw bottles at the vehicle owner when confronted, and kicked his car were rounded up and arrested by responding officers.

SAN BRUNO

Sneath Lane near Siskiyou Court, 7:16 p.m. Monday A man needing directions and a pair of pants was fondling himself when he pulled over in an older four-door vehicle, possibly a Toyota, to ask a female walking her dog how to get to Tanforan.

REDWOOD CITY

Bay Road, 8:17 a.m. Monday Four vehicle tires were slashed.

Hopkins Avenue, 12:12 p.m. Monday Gas canisters were stolen from a storage unit.

Orchard Avenue, 12:16 p.m. Monday A gray 2008 Nissan was stolen overnight.

Neptune Drive, 4:20 p.m. Monday A loose dog in the park was reported to be eating a duck.

Marshall Street, 6:28 p.m. Monday A vehicle was reported stolen after a security officer was unable to help the owner find it.

PALO ALTO

Churchill Avenue, 9:42 p.m. Sunday An unlicensed motorcyclist stopped for not wearing a helmet was arrested following a foot chase after police found out he was wanted in Texas. After struggling and finally securing the 27-year-old man, officers learned of his felony larceny warrant out of Clay County, that he was on parole for residential burglary and that the motorcycle he was riding was stolen three hours earlier in San Francisco. Officers also located a hypodermic needle in his backpack.

480 E. Meadow Drive, 7 a.m. Monday A window at Jane Lathrop Stanford Middle School was broken by a thrown rock.

ATHERTON

McCormick Lane, 4:15 p.m. Monday Income taxes were fraudulently filed by someone.

Jennings Lane, 10:39 p.m. Monday A resident reported seeing something in the backyard. Officers conducted a premise check and found everything secure.

FREMONT

43316 Christy St. and 46505 Mission Blvd., March 28 Police responded to burglaries at P.F. Chang's and Zorba's Deli Cafe respectively with similar modus operandi. In both cases, a flathead screwdriver was used to pry open the front double doors.

39925 Mission Blvd., March 28 Cigarettes -- about $3,000 worth -- were stolen from Max Gas.

3551 Decoto Road, Sunday Officers responded to Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and arrested a man on a parole violation warrant.

4100 block of Stevenson Boulevard, Monday A 1997 Acura CL was stolen.

4600 block of Balboa Way, Monday A 2009 Toyota Camry was stolen.

40580 Albrae St., Monday Two men on probation about to steal items from Walmart were arrested near their vehicle, which was parked near the emergency exit. A third man nearby was also arrested. The Oakland residents were 23, 35 and 43.
