PLEASANT HILL -- Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man with dementia who wandered off from an elder care facility Thursday.
Pedro de la Torre. 63, was first reported missing Thursday morning after walking out of the Windsor Rosewood Care Center, located at 1911 Oak Park in Pleasant Hill. De la Torre went missing around 11 a.m. He was hearing a gray hoodie, white T-shirt, blue jeans and is 5'8 and weighs 140 pounds. He also has diabetes and walks with a limp.
Anyone with information about the missing man is asked to call 911 or 925-680-7000.
