HAYWARD -- Mexico's consul general in San Francisco will speak at a Feb. 21 luncheon hosted by the Chamber of Commerce.

Carlos Felix Corona will discuss his country's new president, Enrique Pena Nieto; trade; education; and immigration policy.

"Hayward has a historic connection with Mexico, with important cultural and economic ties as well as family connections that the ambassador appreciates and wants to address," said Kim Huggett, chamber president and CEO.
