Pressed Juicery, known for its cleanse programs touted by Hollywood celebrities, is spreading the latest health and dieting trend to the Bay Area.

The Los Angeles-based company opened its newest location in the San Francisco Ferry Building last week. For about $40 a day, customers can hop on the juicing bandwagon and follow a liquid diet of roots, vegetables, fruit and herbs, a much-buzzed-about recipe among the health-conscious looking to improve nutrition and reduce stress. The new store will offer discounts though Feb. 13.

Pressed Juicery also has a store in San Francisco's Noe Valley and plans to open in Marin County
