OAKLAND -- One man suffered a single stab wound Wednesday night, police confirmed.

Just after 9 p.m., police responded to the 1700 block of Seminary Avenue where they found one adult male victim suffering from a stab wound. Police would not confirm the man's condition nor the extent of his injury.

Police said they did not have a suspect in custody, but could not state if they had a suspect description.
