U.S. Rep. Mike Honda, D-San Jose, has opened three new offices where constituents can receive information or services.

Honda, 71, represents California's 17th District, which includes Fremont, Newark, Milpitas, San Jose, Santa Clara, Cupertino and Sunnyvale.

The congressman's district office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, at 2001 Gateway Place, Suite 670W, in San Jose.

Honda also holds office hours three days per month at the Fremont Main Library, and one day per month at the Newark Main Library.

Fremont hours are from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the first, second and third Fridays of each month at the library, 2400 Stevenson Blvd.

Newark hours are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the fourth Friday of each month at the library, 6300 Civic Terrace Ave.
