SAN JOSE -- Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man possibly suffering from dementia and who might be with a woman also being sought.

Stanley Jacobson was last heard from Feb. 4 and was last seen the afternoon of Feb. 5 at his Ironwood Drive home in the Willow Glen area. He was formally reported missing Feb. 18.

Police say Jacobson might be with a woman named Regina Butler. Her association with Jacobson was not disclosed.

Jacobson is considered at-risk and suspected of experiencing the onset of dementia, police said, adding that he does not know how to read or write and left behind his wallet and identification.

The public is asked to also be on the lookout for Jacobson's tan 1996 Ford Taurus with California license no. 3PQF984.
