FRIDAY, MARCH 1

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Homes were burglarized in the 2500 block of College Avenue and the 1200 block of Russell Street.

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- A business was burglarized in the 2400 block of Fourth Street.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Vehicles were stolen in the 1000 block of Ashby Avenue, the 900 block of Camelia Street and the 1600 block of University Avenue.

  • GRAND THEFT -- Items worth more than $950 were stolen from locations at Cedar and Second streets and in the 2700 block of Grant Street.

  • THEFT -- Less than $950 worth of items was taken from a location in the 2100 block of Center Street.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles in the 1100 block of Oxford Street, the 100 block of Panoramic Way and the 900 block of University Avenue.

    SATURDAY, MARCH 2

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Homes were burglarized in the 2800 block of Benvenue Avenue and the 2600 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Way.

  • THEFT -- Less than $950 worth of items was stolen from a location in the 2000 block of Allston Way.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles at Allston Way and Fourth Street; at Bayview Place and Euclid Avenue; the 2400 block of Bonar Street; and the 2200 block of Parker Street.

    SUNDAY, MARCH 3

  • ROBBERY -- At 3:15 p.m., a man who offered to assist a male pedestrian heading home in the 1200 block of Haskell Street then tried to take the victim's money. A struggle ensued and the victim was knocked to the ground while the attacker fled with his cash.

  • ROBBERY -- At 10:30 p.m. a bicyclist stopped to make a phone call near Ashby and Telegraph avenues when a man grabbed his phone, shoved him aside and fled on his bike.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- A vehicle was stolen near Channing Way and Milvia Street.

  • GRAND THEFT -- More than $950 worth of items was taken from a location in the 1100 block of Amador Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Less than $950 worth of items was stolen in the 1600 block of Blake Street.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles near Dana and Haste streets and the 1600 block of Milvia Street.

    MONDAY, MARCH 4

  • ROBBERY -- At 8 p.m., three men in their late teens surrounded a female pedestrian in the 1900 block of Woolsey Street, demanded her personal belongings and knocked her down when she attempted to get away. They stole her shoulder bag, which contained her wallet and cell phone.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- A vehicle was stolen in the 1600 block of Hearst Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Less than $950 worth of items was stolen in the 1400 block of Virginia Street.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles in the 2600 block of Ashby Avenue and the 1100 block of San Pablo Avenue.

    TUESDAY, MARCH 5

  • ROBBERY -- At 8:36 p.m., two men came up behind a female pedestrian in the 2100 block of Ward Street, grabbed her bag and knocked her down.

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- A business was burglarized in the 900 block of Ensenada Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Less than $950 worth of items was taken from a location in the 2500 block of Telegraph Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles at Ashby Avenue and Florence Street; at Carleton and Dana streets, and at Gilman Street and Peralta Avenue.

    WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- A home was burglarized in the 1500 block of Channing Way.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Vehicles were stolen in the 1900 block of Los Angeles Avenue and the 800 block of Shattuck Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from the 2400 block of Ashby Avenue; the 2000 block of Dwight Way; the 1600 block of Hopkins Street; the 2800 block of Russell Street; and the 2300 block of Shattuck Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles in the 2300 block of California Street; at Camelia and Sixth streets; at Channing Way and Dana Street; at Dwight Way and Fulton Street; and at Shattuck Avenue and Virginia Street.

    THURSDAY, MARCH 7

  • ROBBERY -- Just after 2 a.m., police arrested a man who reportedly assaulted a woman in Civic Center Park at Center Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Way. The suspect demanded her backpack, and they struggled before he stole her cell phone.

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Homes were burglarized in the 1300 block of Delaware Street and the 1300 block of Hearst Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from the 2500 block of Durant Avenue; the 1700 block of San Pablo Avenue; the 2300 block of Shattuck Avenue; and the 1800 block of University Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from vehicles in the 400 block of Gilman Street; the 2800 block of Grant Street; the 2800 block of McGee Avenue; the 2800 block of Piedmont Avenue; and the 2800 block of Webster Street.
