HAYWARD -- A free community health fair is planned for Thursday at Cherryland Elementary School.
The Family Health Fair will focus on health and fitness for the entire family. It will include dental and vision screenings; blood pressure checks; and information about health insurance, mental health, dental services, vision services and cardiovascular health.
Students will take part in educational games and activities to promote physical fitness and learn about healthy eating and cooking.
