CONCORD -- Contra Costans' views on Proposition 13, their tolerance for new taxes and on Gov. Jerry Brown will be unveiled April 8 during a Contra Costa Council luncheon.
The Contra Costa Poll, started in 2012 by area oil refineries, measures public opinion on a variety of public policy issues. Funders include Shell, Phillips 66 and Tesoro.
East Bay pollster Alex Evans will discuss the newest Contra Costa Poll findings at the Concord event, which begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 45 John Glenn Dr.
