NAPA -- Police are investigating the death of a man found engulfed in flames early Tuesday morning on a pedestrian overpass bridge.
Just before 4 a.m., dispatchers received multiple phone calls from motorists on Highway 29 that there was a man on fire. Initial reports suggested the man was on the Trancas Street vehicle overpass, but he actually was on the pedestrian bridge, Napa Capt. Jeff Troendly said.
