OAKLAND -- A woman remains in critical condition after being shot early Saturday morning, police said.
Officers responded to the 2300 block of 21st Street around 1:30 a.m., said Oakland police officer J. Moore. He said the woman was the only struck by gunfire, and she was transported by a friend to a local hospital for treatment.
No suspects have been arrested in connection with the shooting.
