OAKLAND -- An 18-year-old man killed in a drive-by shooting Monday night in East Oakland was identified by police Wednesday as Shadeede Dell.

Authorities said Dell listed addresses in Oakland, Antioch and Richmond and may have been staying most recently in Oakland not far from where he was killed.

He was slain about 9:50 p.m. Monday in a hail of gunfire from a passing car as he stood at the intersection of Parker Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard.

An AC Transit bus had a window shattered by the gunfire and some parked vehicles and buildings were also hit but no one else was injured.

Police have not determined a motive yet for the killing and no arrests have been made.

Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the killer. Anyone with information may call investigators at 510-238-3821 or a tip line at 510-773-2805.
