SUNNYVALE -- The City Center office complex in downtown Sunnyvale has landed GoDaddy and AppSense as new tenants, extending robust leasing for the property.

AppSense leased 22,000 square feet and GoDaddy rented 8,100 square feet. The leases were arranged by brokers with commercial realty firms Cassidy Turley and CB Richard Ellis.

Both companies will occupy offices in the 100 Mathilda Place building in downtown Sunnyvale.

The office center now is 95 percent leased, the brokers said.

Broadcom is the marquee tenant in Sunnyvale City Center, which is near a Caltrain station.

Sunnyvale is one of the hottest office markets in the Bay Area. Tech giants such as Apple (AAPL), Google (GOOG) and LinkedIn have pushed into Sunnyvale with major office leases.

Plus, several up-and-coming digital dynamos such as Lab 126 have agreed to take big chunks of office space in Sunnyvale.
