Pot, heroin, meth found in home, deputies say
Large amounts of illegal drugs were recovered Friday after a search warrant was served on a King City home, Monterey County sheriff's deputies said.
Deputies said they arrested Jennie Louise Sturgill, 52, at her home in the 45000 block of Royal Drive, where they found 4.4 grams of concentrated cannabis, 114.5 grams of marijuana, 11.5 grams of heroin and more than 15 grams of methamphetamine.
Sturgill tried to flee, deputies said, but was later arrested for possession of narcotics for sale.
Another person at the home was cited for being under the influence of methamphetamine, deputies said.
