There are two Sig Alerts on Inland Empire freeways slowing down drivers.

The first is in the area of the northbound 71 Freeway and Soquel Canyon, where a tractor trailer jackknifed and spilled an entire tank of fuel. The Sig Alert was issued at 1:25 p.m.

A second Sig Alert is at the westbound 10 Freeway and Milliken Avenue offramp for an overturned tractor trailer that spilled less than 40 gallons of fuel. The Sig Alert was issued at 1:28 p.m.

CHP Officer Devon Boatman said the Milliken incident should be open within an hour while the Soquel Canyon incident should be closer to two hours before reopening.
