Schools chief speaks at lunch

Soquel Union Elementary School District Superintendent Henry Castaniada will speak at a Capitola-Soquel Chamber luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Shadowbrook Restaurant on Wharf Road. He will talk about the Soquel school district's innovative programs and long-term challenges.
