TMZ.com reported Friday that it has obtained a request for a restraining order filed last week against Joe Jackson and his son Randy Jackson in San Francisco County Superior Court.
In the documents, Ronnie Newt claims he was threatened by Joe's henchmen after he approached Joe with information he said proved Michael fathered a 12-year-old boy named Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson. In the past, Newt told TMZ that Joe denied the child was Michael's.
Seems someone could write a song about this. Let's see: "But the kid is not my "..." Never mind. It'll never work.
Documents say Newt claims "I was told to stay out of the M.J. love child story. That someone could get killed for that kind of
money."Newt also warns that if he turns up dead in the near future, authorities should suspect foul play. He's demanding the Jacksons and their associates stay 50 yards away from him at all times. Which, really, is something we all want from Joe Jackson.
Jackson told TMZ the allegations are completely bogus and added, "I haven't even seen this guy since the '80s."
WORLDS COLLIDE: Jon Gosselin's girlfriend Hailey Glassman and his friend Michael Lohan are among the witnesses TLC plans to subpoena in a breach of contract lawsuit filed against the reality star, reports People.com, citing new court papers.
Maryland's Circuit Court of
TLC sued Gosselin on Oct. 8 for breach of contract, accusing the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" star of making paid and unpaid television appearances without TLC's permission. At the time, Mark Heller called the action "baseless" and said the network "exploited, manipulated and abused the Gosselins' vulnerability and financial hardship." Jon and Kate Gosselin are in the process of divorcing. Michael Lohan has said that he and Gosselin wanted to make a reality show together about divorced dads.
FERGIE STANDS BY HER MAN: An Atlanta stripper claims actor Josh Duhamel cheated on his new wife Fergie with her during a one-night stand in Atlanta, but Fergie's not buying it, says Us Weekly.
"These allegations are nonsense," Fergie says in a statement.
Still, an attorney for the exotic dancer told Us Weekly that his client, Nicole Forrester, a 34-year-old mother of two, has passed a lie-detector test and is in possession of racy texts from Duhamel that corroborate the affair.
Forrester previously said in an interview with an Atlanta radio station that she and Duhamel "had lots of sex" at the $830-a-night St. Regis hotel after he came into the Tattletale club where she works in Atlanta. Duhamel is in the city shooting the comedy, "Life As We Know It."
Although Forrester admits she was paid $20,000 to tell her story to the National Enquirer, her lawyer says she did not go out shopping the story. The attorney says the Enquirer came to her after "Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie."

Residente and his half brother Eduardo Cabra, who goes by "Visitante," also won recording of the year for "No Hay Nadie Como Tu," their collaboration with Mexican rockers Cafe Tacuba, aka Cafe Tacvba. Their album "Los de Atras Vienen Conmigo" also won best album in the urban category.
