In 100 words or less, please explain why you are running for this office: As a successful businessman, husband, father and veteran, I care deeply about the future of our city. Chino has incredible potential to attract quality businesses, not more warehouses. As your mayor, I will balance the budget, without using reserves, or forfeit my salary. I'll seek to eliminate future pensions for elected officials and waive my own pension. I will fight to develop a top-level hospital with advanced services for children and seniors; a major retail shopping mall and a four-year university, public or private, for our children. I will protect police and fire services and fight to improve our schools.
