Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez had a big fight Friday night in a Japanese restaurant.
But by the time the American Music Awards were over on Sunday, the lovebirds were back together.
That's just as well, because we're all counting on these two spending the rest of their lives together.
Gomez stormed out of San Fernando Valley eatery Yamato less than 10 minutes after arriving with Justin, reported People.com, TMZ and Us. He quickly followed her out.
Sounds like someone found out they don't cook the fish.
Gomez, 20, appeared "mad" as she made her exit following what's being billed as an "epic argument" with 18-year-old Bieber.
"They had just sat down and didn't order when they started to fight," a source told Us Weekly.
The pair, who split last week amid rumors of "trust issues" that coincided with photos of Bieber posing with a Victoria's Secret model third party, drove off in separate cars.
Bieber followed Gomez Selena back to her place, a move that reportedly left him stranded outside her security gate when she refused to let him in.
The singer was photographed standing outside her fence, looking confused over being denied entrance.
According to Us, Justin started "begging" Selena to let him in and repeatedly hollered her name (if only her name was "Stella"). When he noticed a lurking paparazzo, he began "swearing and yelling and lost his temper."
That must have been intimidating -- kind of like being scolded by a chipmunk.
Bieber later took to Twitter to share his feelings: "Things arent always easy. there is a lot of pressure. im figuring it all out. im trying. but i care, i notice, i still hear u. #Beliebers."
His persistence and patience paid off, apparently, as reports say Gomez let him in after a few hours. The Biebs was spotted leaving her place the following morning.
On Sunday, Gomez joined Bieber at a private American Music Awards post-party at Bootsy Bellows hosted by Scooter Braun, Bieber's manager.
According to Us Weekly, Gomez, wearing high-waisted slacks, a white cropped top and black glasses, entered the club with Bieber (wearing all-black plus diamond jewelry). Surrounded by security, the twosome held onto each other for much of the night and sneaked in a few kisses as well.
"Witnesses" told Us Weekly the two were "dancing on each other ... they seemed to be in great spirits and were clearly enjoying their time together." After several hours, they sneaked out of the club's back entrance around 2:30 a.m., speeding off in a chauffeured SUV.
