PREMIERING MONDAY:

  • "We Are Men" (8:30 p.m., CBS): In this annoying comedy, four unlucky-in-love bachelors (Tony Shalhoub, Jerry O'Connell, Kal Penn and Chris Smith) nurse their emotional wounds in an apartment complex. Bottom line: Just the sight of O'Connell in a Speedo was enough to scare us away forever.

  • "Don't Stop Believin' (10 p.m., PBS): Everyman's Journey': This is the inspiring, fairy talelike story of Arnel Pineda, who went from being a small-time club singer in the Philippines to the frontman for the rock band Journey.

  • 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival (8 p.m., CW)
