HAYWARD — Police raided three Hayward locations Thursday in a bust that resulted in three arrests and the seizure of large amounts of drugs and cash, authorities said.

Antonio Reyes, a 29-year-old Hayward man identified by police as a known high-level methamphetamine dealer, and his girlfriend, 28-year-old Yvonne Marie Deguair, also of Hayward, were arrested on suspicion of felony possession of drugs for sale and conspiracy to commit a crime, Sgt. George Torres said.

"We believe Tony Reyes is a mid- to upper-level methamphetamine trafficker and he's been at it for quite some time," Torres said.

Reyes and Deguair are being held without bail at Santa Rita county jail in Dublin and will be arraigned Monday, according to the Alameda County sheriff's Web site.

The identity of the third person arrested on related charges was withheld.

The 8 a.m. simultaneous searches of residences on the 27000 block of Capri Avenue, the 27000 block of Ports Mouth Avenue and the 600 block of Berry Avenue were the culmination of an eight-month investigation headed by Officer Will Deplitch, Torres said.

Police seized and undisclosed amount of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $30,000, and unspecified amounts of cash and marijuana, Torres said. Police also seized a firearm, and scales and packing equipment associated with drug trafficking.

Reyes has a prior criminal history, Torres said.
