The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police Oct 1-6, according to information provided by the Police Department.
Oct. 1 Drugs: At 5 a.m. someone contacted during a traffic stop on Brentwood Boulevard and Maple Street was arrested for suspected possession of ecstasy. Warrant: At 7:35 a.m. a juvenile at a residence on George Court was arrested for an outstanding warrant. Burglary: At 2:30 p.m. it was reported a residence on Lindrick Court was burglarized. Entry was made through an unlocked window.
Oct. 2 Drugs: At 12:48 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Lone Tree Way was arrested for suspected cocaine possession. Theft: At 9:37 a.m. it was reported a work trailer at a residence on Elkins Way was burglarized. Take was a saw. Drugs: At 5:25 p.m. a person on Village Drive and Brentwood Boulevard was arrested for possession of a suspected methamphetamine pipe and medication without a prescription.
Oct. 3 Vandalism: At 4:37 p.m. a planter box and a tree were set on fire at a residence on Sand Creek Road. Damages were estimated at approximately $500. Assault: At 6:58 p.m. someone on Brentwood Boulevard and Nancy Street was shot in the leg with a BB gun resulting in minor injuries. Victim was treated at the scene by paramedics. Robbery: At 9 p.m. someone was robbed of a cell phone on Brentwood Boulevard.
Oct. 4 Drugs: At 12:44 a.m. someone stopped on Walnut Boulevard for investigative purposes associated with a stolen vehicle was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. License violation: At 8:59 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Second Street was cited and released for driving with a suspended license due to a prior reckless driving conviction. Shoplifting: At 1:24 p.m. someone was arrested for shoplifting at a business on Lone Tree Way. Subject was released on a promise to appear notice.
Oct. 5 Vandalism: At 4 a.m. a resident on Jasmine Place reported a Molotov cocktail was throw in the street in front of the residence. Accident: At 5:56 p.m. a noninjury hit-and-run accident occurred on Grant Street and Lone Oak Road. Robbery: At 11:11 p.m. a male on Walnut Boulevard reported he was robbed of money by a male with a handgun.
Oct. 6 Robbery: At 7:59 a.m. two individuals were robbed at gunpoint on Balfour Road. Subject fled in a white Honda later located in Pittsburg. Subject was arrested and found to be on parole and in possession of suspected narcotics and a handgun. Petty theft: At 1:25 p.m. someone was arrested at a business on Lone Tree Way for petty theft. Subject was released on a promise to appear notice. Drugs: At 11:48 someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Lone Tree Way and Virginia Street was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant.
