SAN JOSE -- The Santa Clara County Coroner's Office identified the man who died Sunday when his BMW slammed into two light poles as Sean Concepcion, 22, of San Jose.

Police say Concepcion crashed around 2:45 a.m. near South First Street and Interstate 280. An ambulance rushed to the scene, but Concepcion was pronounced dead about 3:05 a.m., making him San Jose's second traffic fatality of 2013.

So far, police believe Concepcion was headed south on South First Street when his blue BMW veered off the roadway, hit the poles and flipped. Police did not say why he lost control of the car, but say drugs and alcohol are "not suspected at this time." No other vehicles were involved.

Police did not find any witnesses to the crash once they arrived at the scene. Anyone with information about the collision can call San Jose police at 408-277-4654.
