The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police Dec. 24-29, according to information provided by the Police Department.

Dec. 24

  • Burglary: At 6:26 a.m. a business on Lone Tree Way was reported burglarized.

  • Grand theft: Three laptops were stolen during a party at a residence on Spruce Street.

  • Warrant: At 11:12 p.m. someone contacted on Central Boulevard was arrested when determined to have a misdemeanor no-bail warrant.

    Dec. 25

  • Theft: At 12:47 a.m. a catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle at a residence on Hudson Drive.

  • Suspicious circumstances: At 6:51 p.m. it was reported a light pole was found laying on the ground in a parking lot at a business on Balfour Road. PG&E responded for repairs.

    Dec. 26

  • Vehicle theft: At 7:37 a.m. a vehicle was reported stolen from Brentwood Boulevard.

  • Accident: At 10:39 a.m. officers responded to a vehicle accident on Garin Parkway where a vehicle struck two trees. Driver left the scene without leaving required information.

  • Malicious vandalism: At 10:09 p.m. someone punctured the tires on a vehicle parked in front of a residence on Empire Court. Damage was estimated at approximately $400.

  • Malicious vandalism: At 11:36 a.m. officers responded to a report of a window shattered on a camper shell at a residence on Oak Street.

  • Warrant: At 3:31 p.m. someone contacted on Second Street was arrested when determined to have two outstanding warrants.

  • Burglary: At 9:11 p.m. a residence was reported burglarized on Highland Way resulting in the loss of jewelry, coins, a TV and a Rolex watch.

    Dec. 28

  • Malicious vandalism: At 8:20 a.m. a female at a residence on Lakeview Drive reported someone threw lawn chairs and Christmas lights in to the swimming pool.

  • Drugs: At 2:19 p.m. someone contacted on First Street was arrested for suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance.

  • Accident: At 7:05 p.m. officers responded to a vehicle accident on Grant Street. The driver was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

    Dec. 29

  • DUI: At 2:01 a.m. someone contacted during a traffic stop on Balfour Road was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. Subject was on probation with a no-alcohol clause.

  • DUI: At 2:08 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Valley Green drive was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

  • Disturbance: At 2:52 a.m. two individuals were arrested on Village Drive for disturbing the peace.
