The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police Jan. 16-20, according to information provided by the Police Department.

Jan. 16

  • Burglary: At 9 a.m. a vehicle was reported burglarized on Downie Point Drive.

  • Grand theft: At 3:06 p.m. officers responded to a report of six solar panels stolen from a construction site at Liberty High School on Second Street.

  • Assault: At 7:51 p.m. a male reported he was punched in the face while walking on Central Boulevard. Subject fled the scene before police arrived.

    Jan. 17

  • Warrant: At 10:51 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested when found to have an outstanding no-bail warrant.

  • Trespassing: At 8:35 p.m. officers responded to Brentwood Boulevard for a report of a trespasser. Subject ran and was unable to be located.

  • Drugs: At 3:49 p.m. someone was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant on Orchard Drive.

    Jan. 18

  • DUI: At 1:03 a.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Sand Creek Road was arrested when determine to be driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more.

  • Burglary: At 1:31 p.m. a residence on Armstrong Way was reported burglarized resulting in the loss of two laptops, jewelry and a Nook. Loss was estimated at $15,00

  • Domestic disturbance: At 11:41 p.m. officers responded to Sycamore Avenue for the report of a domestic dispute.

    Jan. 19

  • Warrant: At 1:40 a.m. someone contacted during a suspicious circumstances investigation was arrested when determined to have a no-cite, out-of-county warrant.

  • Burglary: At 7:26 a.m. a vehicle was reported burglarized on South Estate Drive. Car parts were stolen from the vehicle resulting in an estimated loss of $11,000.

  • Petty theft: At 10:45 a.m. a female was arrested for shoplifting at a business on Brentwood Boulevard.

    Jan. 20

  • DUI: At 1:22 a.m. someone stopped for driving in a erratic manner was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated on Brentwood Boulevard.

  • Malicious vandalism: At 10:27 a.m. someone threw a rock causing a window to break at a residence on Solitude Way. Damage was estimated at $400.

  • Burglary: At 9:02 p.m. a vehicle was reported burglarized on Trilogy Way resulting in the loss of an electric cooler.
