The following calls were among those handled by the Brentwood police Oct. 18-24, according to information provided by the Police Department.

Oct. 18

  • Warrant: At 1:28 p.m. someone stopped for a vehicle code violation on Balfour Road was arrested when found to have an outstanding warrant.

  • Drugs: At 6:40 p.m. someone was arrested on Roosevelt Drive for suspicion of manufacturing and possessing narcotics for sales.

  • Drugs: At 11:27 p.m. someone was arrested on Lawrence Lane when determined to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. Subject was also in possession of suspected methamphetamine and a glass pipe.

    Oct. 19

  • Grand theft: At 9:53 a.m. a female reported her purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle at a location on Albertine Way. Loss was $3,500 in cash and 10 credit cards.

  • Theft: At 12:35 p.m. it was reported someone stole three pairs of Nike Falcons from a business on Lone Tree Way.

  • Accident: At 5:38 p.m. officers responded to an noninjury accident on Brentwood Boulevard.

    Oct. 20

  • Assault: At 12:23 a.m. someone was punched in the face at a location on Brentwood Boulevard. Unknown subject fled the scene before police arrival.

  • DUI: At 1:26 a.m. a male juvenile stopped for a vehicle code violation on Lone Tree Way was arrested when determined to be driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more.

  • Warrant: At 3:56 a.m. someone stopped during a suspicious vehicle stop was arrested when determined to have an bench warrant out of Solano County.

    Oct. 21

  • Burglary: At 2:03 a.m. someone punched the lock on the front door of a business on Brentwood Boulevard and stole 40 cartons of cigarettes. Loss estimated at $2,000.

  • Burglary: At 12:13 p.m. it was reported a residence ion Black Stone Drive was ransacked and burglarized resulting in the loss of electronics.

  • Theft: At 3:24 p.m. two juveniles entered a business on Balfour Road with the intent of committing theft. Officers and loss prevention stopped the subjects outside the business finding them in the possession of food and alcohol. Both were arrested.

    Oct. 22

  • Theft: At 10:38 a.m. a male entered a business on Lone Tree Way using a razor blade to open a package containing headphones. Subject left without paying for them.

  • Suspicious circumstances: At 7:04 p.m. a male riding a scooter home from Garin Elementary School reported he was followed by two older males in a late model gray pickup truck.

  • Public intoxication: At 8:53 p.m. a male contacted on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested when determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

    Oct. 23

  • Drugs: At 1:34 a.m. someone contacted on Walnut Boulevard was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant.

  • Fraud: At 9:06 p.m. a resident on Brentwood Boulevard reported someone used personal information to open credit card accounts and make fraudulent charges.

  • Malicious vandalism: At 9:06 p.m. it was reported two windows were shattered at a business on Second Street.

    Oct. 24

  • Public intoxication: At 12:48 a.m. a male contacted on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested when determined to have a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more

  • Fraud: At 12:52 p.m. a resident on Brentwood Boulevard reported unauthorized online purchases were made with a debit card. Loss estimated at $200.

  • Theft: At 11:07 p.m. someone was arrested for stealing an unsecured bicycle from the front of a business on Sand Creek Road. Subject was located riding nearby.
