FRIDAY, NOV. 8

  • ROBBERY -- At 10:24 a.m., a man entered a home in the 3100 block of King Street while the resident was there. He grabbed her and forced her into a closet before stealing a laptop and several other undisclosed items and fleeing the residence.

  • ROBBERY -- At 1 p.m., a man approached a female pedestrian near Derby Street and Telegraph Avenue and demanded her money and cell phone. The victim complied.

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Homes were burglarized in the 1600 block of Berkeley Way, the 1700 block of San Pablo Avenue and the 2000 block of University Avenue.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Someone stole a vehicle that was parked in the 1700 block of Berkeley Way.

  • GRAND THEFT -- Someone stole more that $950 worth of items from a location in the 900 block of Miller Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from the following locations: the 1700 block of Alcatraz Avenue; at Center Street and Shattuck Avenue; the 3200 block of College Avenue; at Eighth and Jones streets; the 1500 block of McGee Avenue; and the 2100 block of Shattuck Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from parked vehicles in the 1700 block of Eola Street and the 900 block of Heinz Avenue.

    SATURDAY, NOV. 9

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Vehicles were stolen at Arch and Rose streets and the 2700 block of Hillegass Avenue.

  • GRAND THEFT -- Someone stole more than $950 worth of items from a location in the 2600 block of Regent Street.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from locations in the 2000 block of Oregon Street, the 1400 block of Shattuck Avenue and the 1700 block of Solano Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from parked vehicles at Grant Street and Hearst Avenue and the 2800 block of Wallace Street.

    SUNDAY, NOV. 10

  • ROBBERY -- At 1:28 a.m., an estimated half dozen men chased after a male pedestrian near Blake Street and Shattuck Avenue, surrounded the victim, demanded he relinquish his personal belongings and stole his cell phone wallet and backpack, before fleeing the area.

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Homes were burglarized in the 1600 block of California Street, the 2800 block of Ellsworth Street and the 1600 block of Ward Street.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from the following locations: the 2100 block of Center Street; the 2800 block of College Avenue; the 1400 block of Russell Street; and the 200 block of University Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from parked vehicles in the 2100 block of Parker Street and the 1900 block of San Pablo Avenue.

    MONDAY, NOV. 11

  • ROBBERY -- At 10:07 a.m., a man was seen stealing and concealing merchandise at a business in the 2300 block of Telegraph Avenue. The suspect became physically and verbally assaultive toward an employee who had confronted him. He then left without paying for the items. Police later arrested him.

  • ATTEMPTED ROBBERY -- At 8:40 p.m., a female suspect sprayed possible pepper spray at a woman and tried unsuccessfully to steal the victim's purse, before fleeing the area.

  • ROBBERY -- At 9:41 p.m., two men allegedly held up three people in the 2400 block of Bancroft Way, stealing items from two of the victims before fleeing in an awaiting vehicle driven by a female accomplice. Police later located the suspects in the vehicle at Cerrito Street and Solano Avenue in Albany. The three were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy, robbery and other charges and the stolen property was returned to the victims.

  • ROBBERY -- At 10:17 p.m., a man approached a woman in the 2300 block of Telegraph Avenue, told her he had a gun and demanded her personal property. She agreed and the suspect walked away.

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Someone burglarized a home in the 2000 block of University Avenue.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Vehicles were stolen at California and 63rd streets and the 2300 block of Durant Avenue.

  • GRAND THEFT -- Someone stole items from the 2800 block of Telegraph Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from locations in the 1200 block of Fifth Street and the 2500 block of Grant Street.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from parked vehicles in the 1800 block of Ninth Street and the 200 block of University Avenue.

    TUESDAY, NOV. 12

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Homes were burglarized in the 1500 block of Josephine Street and the 2800 block of Russell Street.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Vehicles were stolen in the 1300 block of Derby Street, the 1400 block of Harmon Street and the 1400 block of Shattuck Avenue.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from locations in the 2000 block of Allston Way and at Jones Street and Kains Avenue.

    WEDNESDAY, NOV. 13

  • ROBBERY -- At 1 p.m., a man was spotted stealing a newspaper at a business in the 2900 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Way. The suspect accosted a store employee who had confronted him, before leaving the scene.

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Homes were burglarized in the following locations: the 1700 block of Bancroft Way; the 1800 block of Bonita Avenue; the 2700 block of Channing Way; the 2900 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Way; the 1600 block of McGee Avenue; the 2500 block of Milvia Street; the 2300 block of Roosevelt Avenue; and the 2800 block of Wallace Street.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Vehicles were stolen from the 2800 block of Seventh Street and the 1500 block of Virginia Street.

  • GRAND THEFT -- Someone stole items worth more than $950 from a location in the 2200 block of Parker Street.

  • THEFT -- Items worth less than $950 were stolen from locations in the 1300 block of Hearst Avenue and the 2300 block of Parker Street.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from parked vehicles in the 2000 block of Carleton Street and the 1800 block of Fourth Street.

    THURSDAY, NOV. 14

  • ROBBERY -- At 9:09 a.m., a man came up to a female pedestrian at Tremont and Woolsey streets, grabbed her purse, thus knocking her to the ground, and fled in an awaiting vehicle. Robberies also were reported at the following times and locations: at 4:20 p.m. at Allston Way and Fourth Street; at 5:50 p.m. in the 1800 block of University Avenue; and at 6:25 p.m. in the 1400 block of Shattuck Avenue.

  • THEFT FROM RESIDENCE -- Homes were burglarized in the 2600 block of Dana Street and the 3000 block of King Street.

  • COMMERCIAL CRIME -- Someone burglarized a business in the 1500 block of Shattuck Avenue.

  • STOLEN AUTO -- Someone stole a vehicle that was parked at Curtis and Delaware streets.

  • THEFT FROM AUTO -- Items were stolen from parked vehicles in the following locations: the 1800 block of Arch Street; the 2900 block of Russell Street; and the 800 and 1300 blocks of University Avenue.
