Toronto bloggers Laura Keogh and Ceri Marsh's appealing new cookbook, "How to Feed a Family: Eat Healthy, Live Happy, Stay Sane" (Random House, $27.95, 248 pages), tackles the topic of kid-friendly cooking in an age of ever-compressed schedules, and does it in such an approachable, colorful way, even nonparents will find dishes to love here. But there's no doubt that Keogh and Marsh, the bloggers behind the Sweet Potato Chronicles, have the pint-size demographic down, in dishes that range from tilapia tacos to the ALT -- a bacon-less BLT that adds avocado, fresh basil and lemon to the mix. It's a winsome, tasty mix of breakfasty dishes, including egg dishes and sweet potato hash browns, as well as lunch-on-the-run recipes and dinner fare.
