Leslie Reitzes is the community manager for Laptop Lounge, a shared workspace in Walnut Creek where Reitzes plans events, hosts tours and interacts and strategizes with members. Her look is business boho: romantic yet edgy, with bold colors and rich textures.

Inspiration: "I draw a lot of inspiration from the way Michael Kors dressed Rene Russo in 'The Thomas Crown Affair.' And I'm a little rebellious, so I only follow trends that I love. Leggings from my stay-at-home-mom days are back, so I dress them up with high boots and this season's circle sweaters."

Favorite pieces: "I love wearing jewelry seven days a week, but I wouldn't be caught dead in high heels because they're not comfortable. This time of year is my favorite. I pull out my boots and sweaters and, year-round, you'll never see me without a fun jacket and scarf for layering."

Co-workers: "The dress code is relaxed yet professional. You'll see a webpreneur in jeans and a flannel and an attorney who is totally chic. When I give tours, our prospects are relieved to know that they can dress business casual here."
