CONCORD -- Costco will likely remained closed through Sunday after a Freon leak forced the store's evacuation, police said.
No one was injured.
Police responded to the store at 2400 Monument Blvd. shortly before 5:15 p.m. for reports of a chemical leak near the refrigeration section at the back of the store.
Police said the store will remain closed most likely the rest of the night as crews work to determine what caused the leak and to clean the area.
