What to watch This week

McClymonds at Skyline, boys basketball, Friday, 4:30 p.m. -- The defending Oakland Athletic League champion Warriors face the Titans in what could be a preview of the Oakland Section championship game.

Mission San Jose Invitational, wrestling, Friday and Saturday, all day -- The final big meet before the postseason begins attracts some of the area's top wrestlers to Mission San Jose High in Fremont. Finals are scheduled for 6 p.m. on Feb. 8.

Bishop O'Dowd at Berkeley, girls soccer, Friday, 6 p.m. -- The Yellowjackets and Dragons, ranked second and fourth, respectively, in this week's Bay Area News Group East Bay online rankings, face each other in a West Alameda County Conference showdown. On Jan. 10, Berkeley defeated host Bishop O'Dowd 1-0.

Campolindo at Las Lomas, boys basketball, Friday, 7 p.m. -- Campolindo, which entered the week in first place in the Diablo Foothill Athletic League, will try to hold off the Knights, who had won four of five coming into this week.

Salesian vs. St. Mary's, girls basketball, Saturday, noon -- The Pride and Panthers will meet at Albany High in one of the Bay Area's best rivalry games. Salesian, which entered the week with an 8-0 record in the Tri-County Athletic League-Rock Division standings, beat St. Mary's 64-63 on Jan. 22. St. Mary's has a 7-1 record in league play.
