THE STAT LINE: Ayala led the Warriors to a third consecutive Diablo Valley Athletic League title with a hat trick in a 4-1 win over College Park. He also scored the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Mt. Diablo. Ayala has 28 goals this season, which ties a program record, and 82 in his career.

POSITION: Power forward
THE STAT LINE: The 6-foot-8 Thomas scored 19 points, grabbed 17 rebounds and blocked six shots in the visiting Cougars' 65-64 victory over Moreau Catholic in a battle between the top two teams in the Mission Valley Athletic League. Thomas also had 16 points, eight rebounds and three blocks in a 65-32 win over Mission San Jose.
THE STAT LINE: Lyons scored 18 of her career-high 25 points in the second half, helping the Dons erase a 21-point deficit and beat Campolindo for the first time in six years. She was 4 for 6 on 3-point field goal attempts in the second half, also finishing with nine rebounds, five steals and four assists.
THE STAT LINE: The UC Davis-bound Seyranian scored 31 points and also had 12 rebounds and seven assists in a 61-41 victory over Castro Valley. She also had 30 points and 11 rebounds in a 73-29 win over San Leandro.
ANGEL BELTRAN, Granada, wrestling, Sr. -- Beltran won his third tournament of the season by taking the 145-pound championship at the prestigious Mission San Jose Invitational with an 11-8 win over Jared Hill of Clovis in the final.
JACOB DONATO, James Logan, wrestling, Sr. -- Donato won the 120-pound title at the Mission San Jose Invitational with a 4-2 victory over Bellarmine's Isaiah Palomino. He was 5-0 at the tournament, including three pins and a technical fall, and improved his season record to 25-5.
MALLORY HROMATKO, Monte Vista, soccer, Jr. -- She scored two goals to lead the unbeaten Mustangs to a 3-0 win over Amador Valley that clinched at least a share of the East Bay Athletic League championship.
ELAYSHIA WOOLRIDGE, Oakland Tech, basketball, Jr. -- Woolridge scored a game-high 24 points and also had seven rebounds, four assists and two steals in a 59-53 win over Oakland. She also had 14 points, five rebounds, five assists and four steals in a 60-15 win over Fremont-Oakland.
