RICHMOND -- The BlackBoard of West Contra Costa community advocacy organization is hosting a free forum Saturday on African-American student achievement in the West Contra Costa school district, which ranks among the bottom statewide.

The forum will include presentations on equity and social justice in education and academic performance, followed by a panel discussion and brainstorming.
