THURSDAY, APRIL 3 GRAND THEFT -- At 12:01 p.m., a concrete saw worth $2,500 was reported stolen at a construction site on Arnold Drive. PETTY THEFT -- Three women, 17, 32 and 34, were arrested on suspicion of petty theft at an Arnold Drive business at 2:56 p.m. PETTY THEFT -- On Arnold Drive, it was reported at 4:34 p.m. that three men left a restaurant without paying for a $38 meal. PETTY THEFT -- A caller on Brown Street reported at 5:11 p.m. that a delivered package of e-cigarette products were stolen from the porch of a residence. The invoice and packaging were left behind.
FRIDAY, APRIL 4 PETTY THEFT -- On Alhambra Avenue, it was reported at 9:53 a.m. that a purse containing a checkbook was taken from an unlocked vehicle. An attempt was made to cash one of the checks.
SATURDAY, APRIL 5 FRAUD -- On Main Street at 11:14 a.m., a caller reported bank fraud. VANDALISM -- At 12:52 p.m., the rear window of a vehicle on Center Avenue was reported smashed. BURGLARY -- At 1:17 p.m., the window of a vehicle parked on Tarantino Drive was reported smashed and a purse was stolen. VANDALISM -- A caller on Robinson Street reported at 10:03 p.m. that a tire of a vehicle was punctured.
SUNDAY, APRIL 6 PETTY THEFT -- It was reported at 9:13 a.m. that mail was stolen from mailboxes on Eastgate Lane. VANDALISM -- A caller at an Arnold Drive business reported at 9:28 a.m. that bags of soil were cut open during the night.
MONDAY, APRIL 7 TRAFFIC STOP -- A 34-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 12:50 a.m. on Wildcroft Drive. FRAUD -- A 8:09 a.m., fraud was reported at a business on Muir Road. BURGLARY -- At 9:02 a.m., the rear passenger window of a vehicle on Arnold Drive was reported broken. PETTY THEFT -- A caller on Arnold Drive reported at 10:16 a.m. that while using an ATM on Arnold Drive, a purse containing a wallet, license, health insurance cards and blank check was taken from an unlocked vehicle. PETTY THEFT -- A caller on Costanza Drive reported at 11:13 a.m. that two packages, worth $250 each, were never received, though they had been delivered. HIT-AND-RUN -- A hit-and-run was reported at 4:06 p.m. on Ilene Street.
TUESDAY, APRIL 8 HIT-AND-RUN -- A hit-and-run was reported at 4:40 a.m. at Morello and Center avenues. DUI -- At 10:24 a.m., a 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence on Morello Avenue and Highway 4. PETTY THEFT -- It was reported at 12:59 p.m. that a wallet containing a credit union bank card, checkbook and driver's license was stolen on North Court Street. The caller became aware of the theft and fraudulent use when informed by the bank.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9 FRAUD -- A caller on Oak Crest Court reported at 8:12 a.m. being scammed by someone posing from PG&E to shut off power to a business in Daly City. FRAUD -- A 32-year-old man and a 39-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of unauthorized use of personal identification information at 9:53 a.m. on Adelaide Street. PETTY THEFT -- A mailbox was reported broken into at 11:26 a.m. on Eastgate Lane. PETTY THEFT -- At 1:33 p.m., it was reported that a woman was in custody at a business on Arnold Drive on suspicion of petty theft. PETTY THEFT -- It was reported at 2:55 p.m. that money was stolen from a residence on Alhambra Avenue. HIT-AND-RUN -- A hit-and-run was reported at 3:06 p.m. at Escobar and Pine streets. VEHICLE THEFT -- A vehicle was reported stolen at 4:26 p.m. from Muir Road.
