He also shot a 1-under 34 in the Falcons' 173-199 win over San Ramon Valley at Castlewood Country Club's Hill Course.

THE STAT LINE: The right-hander fired a two-hitter with 10 strikeouts and no walks in six innings in a 7-0 win over Encinal in a West Alameda County Conference-Foothill Division game. He was also 2 for 4 with a double and a run scored.
SCHOOL: San Ramon Valley
THE STAT LINE: The leadoff hitter went a combined 7 for 8 in EBAL victories over California and Livermore, helping the Wolves to a 3-0 week. She was 4 for 4 with a triple, two runs and an RBI in a 7-1 win over the Grizzlies and was 3 for 4 with a double, run and RBI in the 6-1 win over Livermore.
SCHOOL: Pinole Valley
POSITION: Third baseman
THE STAT LINE: Rogers went 8 for 8 in two games for the Spartans. She had five hits, five runs and two RBIs in a 12-8 nonleague victory over Tamalpais, and produced three of Pinole's four hits and two stolen bases in a 3-0 loss to Salesian.
MARQUIS MORRIS, De La Salle, track and field, Sr. -- Morris posted outstanding times in taking second place in the 110-meter high hurdles and 300 intermediate hurdles at the Arcadia Invitational. His time of 36.94 seconds in the 300 hurdles is a school record, leads the state and is third in the nation this season according to DyeStat.com. Morris' 13.93 in the 110 hurdles is tied for second both in the state and nation for wind-legal times.
DAVID NA, Alameda, golf, Sr. -- Na shot a 1-under 34 on the Chuck Corica Golf Complex South Course for medalist honors in the Hornets' win over Arroyo. He shot an even-par 35 for medalist honors at Chuck Corica in a loss to Bishop O'Dowd.
BAYLEE JOHNSON, Castro Valley, softball, Sr. -- Johnson was 3 for 4 with a double, a triple and four RBIs in a 12-0 win over Piedmont, then slammed a two-run homer in a 6-1 win over Tennyson.
BROOKE STARN, Monte Vista, track and field, So. -- Starn won the seeded girls 3,200 meters at the Arcadia Invitational in 10 minutes, 36.51 seconds. The time is the second-fastest by a North Coast Section runner in the event this season.
