RICHMOND -- A 30-year-old man was arrested Thursday for sexually assaulting a woman walking on Cutting Boulevard, police said.

Issac Ybarra asked the woman for money near Cutting Boulevard and Carlson Boulevard at about 6:10 a.m. Thursday, said Sgt. Nicole Abetkov. She gave Ybarra money, but he followed her, pushed her to the pavement and sexually assaulted her, Abetkov said.

A nearby business owner heard the woman's screams and called police. Ybarra was found a short time later hiding under a car on the 400 block of 34th Street. He was arrested with the help of a police K-9 and booked on suspicion of sexual assault, making terrorist threats and resisting arrest, police said.
