  • WARRANT -- A 52-year-old Richmond man was arrested for an outstanding warrant during a 9:40 a.m. pedestrian stop at Lexington and Gladys avenues.

  • WARRANT -- A 24-year-old Richmond man was arrested for an outstanding during a 6:30 p.m. pedestrian stop at 4010 El Cerrito Plaza.

  • PETTY THEFT -- At 6:50 p.m. an officer accepted the citizen's arrest of a 43-year-old Richmond woman after she entered Safeway and shop lifted $279.97 in packaged meat. A check showed she had several theft convictions with time served.

  • DUI -- At 11:40 p.m. a 31-year-old Richmond man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop at Carlson Boulevard and Huntington Avenue.

  • DUI -- At 2:17 a.m. a 53-year-old San Ramon man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop at Central Avenue and Carlson Boulevard.

  • RECOVERED VEHICLE -- A 1992 Honda Civic reported stolen to Concord police on July 6 was located by an officer at 3:23 a.m. at 11780 San Pablo Ave.

    Saturday, July 12

  • WARRANT -- An officer answering an 8:14 a.m. "man down" call at Jordan Avenue and Alta Punta Street found a 36-year-old Richmond man with an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

  • DUI -- A 30-year-old Richmond woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol during a 12:30 a.m. traffic stop at San Pablo Avenue and Blake Street.

  • DUI -- A 22-year-old San Pablo man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol during a 1:15 a.m. traffic stop at San Pablo Avenue and Moeser Lane.

  • DUI -- A 33-year-old San Leandro man was arrested at 4 a.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop at San Pablo Avenue and Hill Street.

    Sunday, July 13

  • COMMERCIAL BURGLARY -- Officers investigating an audible alarm at 7:20 a.m. found that the front glass door of a business at 11780 San Pablo Ave. was shattered. A witness reported that a man ran from the business and fled in a red Mercedes parked on Wall Street east of San Pablo Avenue minutes before officers arrived.

  • WARRANT -- An attempted robbery with a knife was reported at 6 p.m. at Safeway and responding officers were told the suspect was exiting the patio area into the parking lot. A 31-year-old Hercules man, found in possession of a folding knife, was arrested for three outstanding warrants after the robbery victim could not be located, police said.

  • AUTO BURGLARY -- The front and rear passenger windows of a car at 10264 San Pablo Ave. were broken between 6 and 6:30 p.m. and purses and a computer monitor were stolen.

  • AUTO BURGLARY -- The window of a hatchback at 11100 San Pablo Ave. was broken between 6:15 and 7:20 p.m. and credit cards and $2,800 in cash was stolen.

  • RESISTING/OBSTRUCTING -- A 39-year-old Richmond man "failed to provide the officer with identifying information" during a 4 a.m. pedestrian stop at San Pablo and Potrero avenues. He was arrested, fingerprinted to confirm his identity and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
