ALAMO -- Authorities have identified a man they say is responsible for a string of residential burglaries in Alamo and the surrounding area over the past month.
The Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office is looking for 29-year-old Walnut Creek resident Kyle Facchin, who they say burglarized a home in the 500 block of Neely Court on July 5, stealing electronics, utensils and jewelry valued at more than $12,000.
Authorities say Facchin parked his car, possibly a black Honda CR-V, in the driveway of the home, then walked into the back yard and entered the residence through a window.
The Sheriff's Office identified Facchin after posting a video of the July 5 burglary on their YouTube channel as well as broadcasting it on various social media sites.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Facchin is asked to call the Contra Costa Sheriff's Office Investigation Division at 925-313-2647. Anyone who has a tip they want to pass along is asked to email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-866-846-3592.
