California drought: State orders San Francisco water cutbacks

San Francisco is the latest community that regulators have told to stop taking some river water during the drought despite the city's decades-old water rights.  
'Very little reason to complain' with slight uptick in summer temps, meteorologists say
Even with some temperatures hovering in the 90s or triple digits inland, meteorologists say there is little room for complaints compared to temperatures across the rest of the country.
