GPCD = Gallons per capita per day

The total includes residential use, along with business and industry, for each urban water provider in California. It does not include agriculture.

The large number of businesses in the City of Vernon as compared to the small number of residents drastically skewed the per capita average.

San Francisco PUC refers only to San Francisco. The areas that get water from SF PUC, like Palo Alto, are listed separately.
