PLEASANTON -- Live owls and hawks will be on hand at the Pleasanton Library at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 26 for a free one-hour presentation for children by wildlife experts Jenny Papka of Native Bird Connection and Jay Sheets of Hawk Talk.

Their handlers will share stories with the audience about the lives of the various types of birds.

No registration is required for the program, which is for children kindergarten age and older. Free tickets will be distributed in the Children's area 30 minutes before the show. Doors will be closed to late arrivals once the program begins.
