The mother of an 8-year-old boy has filed a claim against the Antioch school district and one of its charter schools alleging a teacher punished children with duct tape and another placed a chair on the boy and sat on it as a punishment. The claim also alleges four charter school employees failed to report the incidents as mandated by law.
