LIVERMORE -- The Livermore High football team capitalized on Hayward turnovers all night on its way to a 49-0 nonleague victory over the Farmers on Friday.

The Cowboys would then go to the air, extending their lead to 35-0 by halftime on a couple of touchdowns between Adams and Andrae Kasten on plays of 57 and 19 yards, respectively. Kasten would lead Livermore in receiving with 107 yards on four catches.

The Farmers would go on to commit seven turnovers on the night and to make matters worse, lost their starting quarterback Marjani Ellison to injury early in the game. Other Cowboys contributing were James Silva, who scored on a 57-yard punt return and a 50-yard rush, and Jacob House who ran for 81 yards on the night, including a 66-yard score in the second half.
