Running back Harold Oliver ran for three touchdowns, and wide receiver Dominik Milner scored an 82-yard touchdown and gained 125 yards on five carries as the host Spartans (6-2, 3-2 ACCAL) overcame the absence of star wide receiver/defensive back Donovan Henderson in an Alameda Contra Costa Athletic League contest.

According to Spartans coach Steve Alameda, Henderson suffered a concussion in a loss to El Cerrito on Oct. 30 but is expected back for next week's tilt at Berkeley.

The Spartans' defense forced seven fumbles, recovering three, to limit the Oilers (3-7, 2-4 ACCAL) to 18 first-half yards. Pinole Valley led 13-0 a halftime.

Oilers linebacker Laurence Bridgett recovered the onside kick beginning the third quarter in an attempt to spark Richmond's sputtering offense, but it wasn't until quarterback Deseandre Mapp burst 49 yards to the Spartans 30-yard line on the game's final play that the Oilers broke 100 yards of total offense.
