THE STAT LINE: The 6-foot-9 Rabb produced a game-high 22 points, 16 rebounds and 11 blocks in the Dragons' 57-53 victory over Pacific Hills-West Hollywood in the Drew Gooden Invitational Showcase. He had another triple-double, with 32 points, 15 rebounds and 15 blocks, in a 77-76 double-overtime victory over Oakland.

WEIGHT CLASS: 182 pounds

THE STAT LINE: Veit increased his record to 9-0 with eight pins after taking first place in his weight class at the Northgate tournament, where he was 4-0 with three wins by fall.

THE STAT LINE: The 5-foot-3 point guard poured in 40 points against Clayton Valley Charter, though the Gaels lost 78-73 in double overtime. She also had games of 25 and 13 points in victories over Casa Grande-Petaluma and St. Joseph Notre Dame, giving her 78 points in three games.

POSITION: Guard

THE STAT LINE: Norman produced a triple-double, with 13 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists, in a 71-32 victory over Fairfield. She also had 12 points and nine rebounds in a 69-27 win against Overfelt-San Jose, and 10 points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals in a 61-33 win over Leland-San Jose.

JABARI BIRD, Salesian, basketball, Sr. -- Bird scored a game-high 22 points in a 65-48 victory over College Park, then produced a team-high 16 points in the Pride's 60-47 victory over Serra-Gardena in the Drew Gooden Invitational Showcase.

BEN CROZE, Acalanes, soccer, Sr. -- Croze had two goals and three assists to lift the Dons over rival Miramonte 5-1 in Diablo Foothill Athletic League play. The midfielder also scored in wins over Dougherty Valley and Bullard-Fresno, giving him four goals and three assists on the week.

ERIN ASHER, Heritage, basketball, Sr. -- The Patriots' point guard was named MVP of the Walnut Creek Holiday Classic after leading Heritage over Eureka in the championship game. She had 20 points, 13 assists, seven rebounds and eight steals during the three-game tournament.

BREANNIE ROBINSON, McClymonds, basketball, Sr. -- Robinson had a double-double, with 10 points and 16 rebounds, in a 60-49 victory over Kennedy-Richmond. She also scored a game-high 15 points in a 64-46 win over Hercules, and produced 14 points and nine rebounds in a 55-26 win over St. Joseph Notre Dame.
