THE STAT LINE: Mendoza scored on a free kick outside the box to help clinch a 2-0 victory over Pinole Valley that earned the Titans the Tri-County Athletic League-Stone Division title. It is the first title of any kind for the team.

Tyler Rardon

SCHOOL: Livermore

SPORT: Wrestling

YEAR: Senior

WEIGHT: 152 pounds

THE STAT LINE: After dropping down a weight, Rardon took the 152-pound championship with a win over Jason Ingram of Sutter Hill-Sutter Creek at the Tim Brown Memorial Tournament. Rardon did not allow an offensive point in the tourney and only three points overall.

Oderah Chidom

SCHOOL: Bishop O'Dowd

SPORT: Basketball

YEAR: Senior

POSITION: Forward

THE STAT LINE: The Duke-bound Chidom had 16 points and 12 rebounds in a 71-39 victory over Brookside Christian-Stockton. She also had a team-high 19 points and nine rebounds in a 60-36 West Alameda County Conference-Foothill Division win over Piedmont.

Erin Asher

SCHOOL: Heritage

SPORT: Basketball

YEAR: Senior

POSITION: Point guard

THE STAT LINE: Asher hit a 3-pointer with seven seconds remaining to break a tie and give the Patriots a 54-50 Bay Valley Athletic League victory over Deer Valley, the six-time defending league champion. Asher finished with a team-high 16 points on 5-of-7 shooting.

BOYS

JAMIR ANDREWS, Dublin, basketball, Sr. -- Andrews scored 31 points, including six 3-pointers, as the Gaels beat Campolindo 86-72 in a key Diablo Foothill Athletic League game.

ADAM WUEBBENS, Piedmont, basketball, Sr. -- The 6-foot-4 guard scored a game-high 23 points and had three blocks in a 58-49 win over Encinal. He had 28 points in a 64-61 loss to Marin Catholic.

GIRLS

ALEXA VANDEVANTER, San Ramon Valley, soccer, Sr. -- The Cal-bound star scored her fifth goal of the East Bay Athletic League season to give the Wolves a 1-0 win over Granada.

KAITLIN LEGUIDLEGUID, Moreau Catholic, basketball, Sr. -- The guard had 25 points, including three 3-pointers, six assists, five steals and five rebounds in a 74-38 win over Washington. She also had 12 points in a 50-27 victory over Irvington.
