OAKLAND -- An 18-year-old man shot to death Sunday morning in West Oakland was identified as Elijah Allen by police on Monday.
Allen was shot at 11:06 a.m. in a drive-by shooting at the intersection of 28th and Myrtle streets.
Allen has relatives in the area. Police are still trying to establish a motive but have not ruled out the possibility the shooting was gang-related.

The killing is Oakland's 16th homicide of the year.
Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for information in the fatal shooting and up to $5,000 in reward money for information on the second shooting. Anyone with information can call police at 510-238-3326.
