LIVERMORE -- All three suspects believed to be involved in a shooting in a Bank of America parking lot Dec. 21 have been arrested and charged with attempted murder, police said Tuesday.
Jose Bravo, 20, of Stockton, was arrested Jan. 10 in connection with the shooting at 1748 Railroad Ave., Officer Steve Goard said. Vicente Rodriguez Jr., 31, of Stockton, was arrested the day of the shooting shortly after fleeing the scene on foot.
No one was injured in the 2:10 p.m. shooting, police said.
A third suspect, a minor whose name was not released, was also found hiding under a house in the area of Second and McLeod streets on the day of the shooting, Goard said. The District Attorney's office is charging the young man as an adult.
All three suspects will face the same charges: attempted murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle, possession of a concealed weapon and a gang enhancement, Goard said. Police said Rodriguez and Bravo are documented gang members.
